Vendor Application for Festival
Who should apply?
We welcome all artists and food vendors to apply; however, only members of the Texas Lavender Association may sell lavender products such as soap, lotions, and other spa products. If you think your lavender-related product might be an exception, email a photo and explanation to
lulinglavender@gmail.com.
Hours of Operation:
All booths must be open from 9:00 - 5:00 on both Saturday and Sunday. Set up is from 7:00 - 9:00 on Saturday morning. It is available to set up your canopy and tables noon - 4:00 on Friday but make sure everything is well-anchored as it can get windy. You can drive your vehicle to your booth location to unload, understanding that it is in a bumpy pasture. You will then need to park your vehicle in the parking lot. We suggest bringing shims to level your tables if needed.

Application process:
Please fill out the information below and submit. If your application is accepted we will contact you within 10 days with an invoice due within an additional 10 days. We cannot secure your booth space until your payment has been received.
